Elevator Service-Troubleshooter

We’re looking for an experienced Elevator Troubleshooter—the kind of mechanic who gets called when no one else can figure it out. This is not a routine service route or install position. This role is focused on diagnosing and resolving complex elevator issues across multiple systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex elevator issues (traction & hydraulic)
- Diagnose intermittent faults and recurring callbacks
- Work across a variety of controllers and systems
- Support field mechanics with advanced problem-solving
- Handle critical breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in the elevator industry
- Background in service, repair, or modernization with diagnostic responsibility
- Ability to work independently and think through problems step-by-step
- Experience with multiple systems (OEM and/or non-proprietary)
- Comfortable being the “go-to” person for difficult issues
Qualifications
- CET certification through National Association of Elevator Contractors or equivalent NEIEP experience
- Experience with OEM systems such as Otis Elevator Company, KONE, or TK Elevator
- 5+ years of progressive elevator field experience with proven trouble shooting skills
