We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Pro Shop Manager for our beautiful Club! The ideal candidate will have a background in a club setting with members. This single club is managed internally and will require a manager who can come in and hit the ground running. They must be well-versed in selling/discussing memberships. Must have a working knowledge of guns.

Pro Shop Manager Requirements:
- Must be willing/able to commute to Okeechobee area
- Must have recent retail/sales experience, with guns is a plus
- Ability to work in a club setting with members.
- Humble personality. No big egos.
- Solid knowledge of guns and ammunition
- Self-starter mentality. Needs to execute consistently.
- Must understand and execute merchandising
- Knowledge of club/property rules
- Maintains billing records of members and submits to accounting dept on a timely basis
- Hires, trains and manages Pro shop team
