The Seasonal Chef leads all outdoor culinary operations, overseeing both seasonal dining and private events. This role is focused on consistency, execution, and team leadership. The Seasonal Chef will ensure high-quality food, efficient service, and a strong guest experience throughout the peak season.

Seasonal Chef, May through October Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outdoor dining operations, ensuring consistent food quality and execution
- Lead, schedule, and supervise seasonal kitchen staff to maintain strong performance
- Manage all outdoor food service for private events, coordinating with the Events Manager
- Maintain efficient prep, service flow, and staffing for high-volume periods and concurrent events
- Handle ordering, inventory, food safety compliance, and overall kitchen organization
Seasonal Chef, May through October Qualifications
- 2–3 years of kitchen management and events experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage fast-paced, seasonal operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to execute simple, high-volume menus with consistency and quality
- Flexible availability with ability to work outdoors and meet physical demands
