Account Executive – Benefits & Compensation
- 1099 position with base salary
- First-year on-target earnings: $80,000–$85,000
- Established client relationships and ongoing support
- Long-term growth opportunity within a stable insurance platform
Account Executive – Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated career stability and strong professional tenure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Willing and able to travel to client meetings throughout New Jersey
Account Executive – Preferred Background & Skills
- Professional backgrounds in client service, account management, sales, HR, finance, education, or healthcare are valued
- Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required
Account Executive – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established book of business while developing new client relationships
- Conduct regular in-person client meetings across New Jersey
- Educate clients on voluntary and ancillary insurance offerings in straightforward terms
- Lead and support enrollment discussions and enrollment sessions
- Submit enrollment paperwork and ensure timely, accurate follow-up
- Provide responsive service and ongoing client support
- Present confidently in both group and one-on-one settings
- Operate independently, demonstrating strong ownership and follow-through
