The Restaurant Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations within a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant. Reporting to the GM, this role ensures seamless service, exceptional hospitality, and consistent execution during peak traffic. Duties include supervising and training staff, managing floor operations, supporting beverage-driven programming, coordinating with retail teams, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining cost controls, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
