A client of our recruiting firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants hands-on case responsibility, strong mentorship, and the ability to grow within an expanding law firm.

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas

• 1–4 years of legal experience; personal injury exposure strongly preferred

• Ability to manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury matters

Willingness to work in-office and maintain a consistent on-site presence

• Experience evaluating claims, case value, liability, and whether to accept new matters

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills when working with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize deadlines across multiple active files

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys, case managers, and litigation support staff

• Able to handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking claims, premises liability, workplace injuries, and related cases

Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

• Professional, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in plaintiff personal injury law
