Fine Dining Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Currently working for a fine-dining concept
- 3+ years of fine-dining culinary leadership experience
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Positive mental attitude
Fine Dining Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with multiple cuisines
- Basic costing experience
- Background with wine dinners and presenting dishes to guests
- James Beard concept background
