We’re seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a diverse book of business. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, ensuring smooth renewals, and supporting account growth in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial accounts (renewals, endorsements, day-to-day servicing)
- Serve as primary client contact for coverage questions, changes, and claims
- Market accounts, obtain quotes, and present coverage options
- Partner with carriers to negotiate terms and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records in AMS (Applied Epic, AMS360, etc.)
- Collaborate with Producers to support retention and growth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Commercial Lines experience
- Active P&C license
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, WC, Auto, Umbrella)
- Experience with agency management systems
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
