Vice President of Sales – Greater NYC Area
A growing service-based organization seeks a hands-on Vice President of Sales to spearhead business development and drive revenue growth across a diverse corporate, commercial, and institutional client base. Vice President of Sales Benefits & Compensation
- $100,000 base salary plus commission
- 5% commission on revenue above $300K annually, paid quarterly

Vice President of Sales Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven success generating new business and consistently closing deals
- Experience in service-based, food service, hospitality, or similar relationship-driven sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Skilled at managing sales pipelines, proposals, and complex sales cycles
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Vice President of Sales Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience coaching teams on customer engagement and upselling
- Familiarity with developing business in diverse industries
- Prior success executing strategies to expand market presence
Vice President of Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, RFP responses, and closing contracts
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and revenue forecasts
- Identify and secure new business while expanding key client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Partner closely with operations for seamless onboarding and outstanding service delivery
- Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics
- Contribute to marketing and business development strategy
