We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Maître D’ to be the face of our dining experience. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate seating to optimize flow and enhance the dining experience
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace
- Maintain an organized front-of-house environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
