A respected hospitality group is seeking a talented Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a portfolio of five properties in the Montreal market. Regional Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Proven experience in hotel sales leadership, ideally overseeing multiple properties or a regional portfolio
- Strong background in both sales and revenue management
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and exceeding market benchmarks
- Exceptional team leadership, mentorship, and development skills
- Highly analytical with solid financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Regional Director of Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and implement strategic sales initiatives for five properties to achieve and surpass revenue goals
- Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory control
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor and support on-property sales teams, ensuring accountability and high performance
- Collaborate with General Managers and operational leaders to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Drive new and existing business through proactive sales efforts and key account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and adjust strategies as needed
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of sales team members
