Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Proven success in a hunter-driven, new business-focused sales environment
- Direct experience selling into dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spas
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
Must Haves:
- Act as a player-coach by actively contributing to new business development while leading the team
- Build targeted territory strategies focused on penetrating high-value aesthetic practices
- Run pipeline reviews using CRM data to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
- Coach team members on consultative selling within physician-dispensed skincare environments
- Develop account expansion plans within existing dermatology and plastic surgery networks
- Align closely with marketing on campaign execution and lead conversion strategies
- Drive accountability through KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance benchmarks
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in physician-dispensed skincare or premium aesthetic product lines
- Background in consultative, relationship-driven sales models
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or similar platforms
- Experience working in a mid-sized, growth-focused organization
- Strong understanding of buying behaviors within dermatology and aesthetic practices
- History of managing high-performing, retention-focused sales teams
