- Build a real succession and bench strategy (not check-the-box)
- Drive A-player standards and increase talent density
- Install disciplined talent reviews and performance expectations
- Create a leadership development engine that actually sticks in the field
- Partner directly with the President on org design, talent risk, and leadership gaps
