This leader will work hand in hand with the service team to ensure all service standards are being met and guest's expectations are exceeded. This individual will have strong people skills with a strong desire to develop others, great organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a $15 million in sales or more fine-dining restaurant
- Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
- Excellent wine knowledge
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the situation
- Highly focused on guest experience – goes above and beyond in each interaction
