- Oversee HR operations across multiple states and locations supporting a workforce of 5,000+ employees
- Drive labor optimization, process improvements, and cost efficiencies with direct impact on EBITDA
- Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations including EEOC and labor board matters
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Build scalable systems for a high-volume, hourly workforce environment
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams across regions
What Makes You a Fit
- Prior experience in a retail or high-volume environment is required
- Proven leadership of multi-location and multi-state HR operations
- Strong experience managing non-exempt, hourly employee populations
- 12+ years of HR experience with a demonstrated leadership track record
- Hands-on expertise in employee relations, compliance, and investigations
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG/Kronos, Paylocity, or similar systems
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
What Sets You Apart
- Experience scaling HR in fast-paced, operational environments
- Strong decision-making ability in complex or ambiguous situations
- Ability to balance people, compliance, and business objectives
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities shift quickly
The Impact
You will play a key role in shaping the culture, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the organization has the right people, processes, and structure to support continued growth.
Additional Details
- Multi-state operations across 17+ states
- 10–15% travel required
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Onsite role – 5 days a week; 8a to 5p
