An established and growing Accounting Technology firm is looking for a LEAD GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER to join the team and make an immediate impact by owning key marketing initiatives related to demand generation, tech partner marketing, and data driven lead forecasting.
The ideal LEAD GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER will bring 7+ years of experience in SaaS B2B technology marketing, with experience in Demand Generation, Lead Forecasting, and data driven campaign execution.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days are expected in office.
LEAD GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of demand generation and digital marketing strategy across technology solutions and services.
- Oversee lead forecasting, paid media, and additional multi-channel marketing programs.
- Manage & improve marketing tech stack.
- Collaborate with key marketing and additional business units on company-wide initiatives.
LEAD GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing marketing projects and maintaining accountability for success.
- Proficiency in marketing technology, particularly automation platforms to include Marekto, Pardot, & HubSpot. Ai experience a major plus.
- Proven collaborative project management experience.
