Restaurant Sous Chef – Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution
- Conduct line checks, manage prep lists, and adjust pars based on demand
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and invoicing processes
- Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Monitor labor and food costs to drive profitability
- Execute menu items and accommodate special guest requests
Restaurant Sous Chef – Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in full-service dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and cost management
- Understanding of P&L fundamentals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
