Requirements & Qualifications
- P&C License or ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 6 months (company sponsorship provided)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant insurance experience preferred
- Experience servicing small business accounts
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC software highly valued
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage a book of small commercial accounts, delivering full-service client support
- Quote, bind, and process new and renewal business
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery
- Utilize Applied EPIC system for all documentation and workflow processes
- Collaborate with a team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and stay current on industry best practices
