Senior/Lead Data Engineer – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
A fast-growing and highly successful consumer financial services company in Plano, TX 75024 is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to join a highly collaborative team opportunity requiring advanced Python expertise with a fast-growing consumer financial services company. Candidates must currently live in Texas, preferrably in an area that is commutable to Plano.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What they're looking for:
- 8+ years of data engineering experience with demonstrated lead or team leadership experience
- Deep expertise in Python development and data modeling/warehousing experience
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Cloud platform exposure – AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and statistical modeling concepts

Compensation
Up to $150,000 base salary + bonus
