Sous Chef Job Requirement:
- Actively cooking, hands-on Sous Chef with a supportive kitchen presence
- Experience in high-volume scratch kitchen
- Experience in making sauces and meat fabrication
- Minimum 2+ years in a Sous Chef position
- Ability to be creative
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
- A working chef who can develop the team
- Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
