Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction through strong daily operations
• Create a positive and supportive work environment for team members
• Support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations to maintain quality and consistency
• Coach and develop team members
• P&L and KPI management
• Maintain high operational and hospitality standards throughout the restaurant
