The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of QSR/Fast Food senior-level management skills, the natural ability to lead and motivate a team, and proven financial results. Restaurant Area Manager Responsibilities
- Lead our General Managers toward further operational and financial success
- Partner with peers and colleagues to strategically lead our organization
- Focus on results-driven planning and execution to facilitate continued growth
- Responsible for all financial implications for designated territory
- Uphold training and brand standards in all capacities
Restaurant Area Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years in a multi-unit management position with a leading Fast Food/QSR company
- Impeccable tenure including progressive career experience and stable work history
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed financial metrics in challenging markets and facilitate growth into new markets
- Responsibility for running around 10 restaurants while overseeing multiple General Managers
