A well-positioned select-service hotel group in the Houston market is seeking a Dual Sales Manager to drive revenue across two properties. This role is focused heavily on business travel and corporate accounts, with responsibility for growing market share, building relationships, and maximizing overall hotel performance.
This is a highly active, relationship-driven role. The Sales Manager will be out in the market, developing new business, managing key accounts, and working closely with hotel leadership to execute strategy and hit revenue targets.

What You’ll Do:
• Drive revenue across business travel, group, and meeting segments
• Develop new corporate accounts and grow existing relationships
• Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, and client meetings
• Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
• Build and execute sales plans and revenue strategies
• Track account performance and identify new opportunities
• Partner with hotel teams to support service and sales initiatives
• Represent the properties at networking events and in the local market
What We’re Looking For:
• Hotel sales experience with a focus on business travel and corporate accounts
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced market
• Experience with sales systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license for local travel
