We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, is passionate about guest experience, and knows how to build and motivate a strong team.

- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to hit financial goals
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Drive sales and contribute to overall restaurant growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing high-volume operations
- Solid understanding of P&L, labor control, and cost management
- Ability to stay organized and lead under pressure
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
