CRM / Lead Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including CRM systems and basic data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Comfortable engaging with families in a service-oriented setting
CRM / Lead Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and update the CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
- Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to support enrollment
- Track lead activity, status, and communications for optimal conversion
- Collaborate closely with on-site staff to ensure smooth move-in experiences
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism at every touchpoint
