Service Center Shop Lead

Service Center Shop Lead Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a service team in a shop
- Strong commitment to serving customers with urgency and focus
- Ability to maintain high standards of responsiveness, honesty, and integrity
- Oversee daily duties of mechanics, shop helpers, and parts department representatives
- Serve as the final quality authority for all repair and service work.
- Perform in-process and final inspections.
- Ensure repairs meet OEM specifications and internal standards.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster teamwork
