We are seeking a motivated Carpenter with 3–5 years of experience to support residential and/or commercial construction projects. This role involves hands-on carpentry work, assisting with builds and installations, and working closely with a Foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction, installation, and repair of structures using wood, metal, and other materials
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Support job site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Use company apps/tools for time tracking and communication
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Experience with framing, decking, and general construction practices
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic building codes
- Proficiency with hand tools and most power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors or at heights
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools and safety equipment
- Smartphone for job-related communication and tracking
Schedule & Benefits:
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (varies by day)
