This is a hands-on, entry-level leadership development role designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in operations, business management, and leadership. You’ll work closely with experienced managers and gain exposure to running day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily operations including inventory tracking, workflow coordination, and customer support
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Assist with scheduling, task prioritization, and operational execution
- Handle customer communication including service inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-ups
- Create and manage work orders, records, and operational documentation
- Monitor outstanding accounts and assist with follow-up as needed
- Participate in safety practices and process improvement initiatives
- Help ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across the site

- Comfortable working in both office and active, on-site environments
