Personal Lines Account Manager
Salem, MA | Onsite
A respected independent insurance agency in the Salem, MA area is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with personal lines servicing and processing experience who wants to join a stable, relationship-driven agency with long-term growth potential.
What you’ll do:
Manage personal lines accounts end-to-end, including renewals, endorsements, policy processing, and client service. This role supports both new and renewal business and works across Home, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal lines coverage.
What they’re looking for:
- Active Massachusetts Personal Lines License
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Applied EPIC experience required
- Strong servicing, processing, and client relationship skills
- Experience quoting both new and renewal business
Compensation:
- $65,000 – $80,000 base
- Twice-yearly bonus
- Pension plan with substantial employer contribution
- Paid licensing, CE, and association dues
