- Salary range of $100,000–$150,000, based on experience, with potential for bonus incentives.

Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred), including system configuration and end-user training.
- Proven background in a manufacturing environment (discrete or make-to-order).
- Comfort working with a high level of accountability for financial performance and aggressive growth goals.
- Local availability for onsite presence in the Tullahoma/Manchester area.
Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in a private equity-backed business.
- Familiarity with standard costing, job costing, and Bill of Materials accuracy.
- Skills in building dashboards, custom reporting, or BAQs (Business Activity Queries) within ERP systems.
Manufacturing Controller / ERP Operations Lead Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing optimization of Epicor Kinetic modules, focusing on production, inventory, and financial management.
- Partner with ownership to implement value-creation initiatives, automating workflows and reducing manufacturing variances.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key KPIs including gross margin, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Hands on position with occasional travel to other facilities.
- Oversee standard costing, job costing, and Bill of Materials for accuracy and profitability.
- Standardize operational processes to support scaling and seamless integration of future acquisitions.
