Senior AI Engineer Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions across the business
- Apply AI to improve automation, forecasting, decision-making, and operational efficiency
- Develop and productionize LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)
- Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable AI systems
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business teams to solve real-world problems
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and AI platforms where appropriate
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with responsible AI practices
Senior AI Engineer Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
- Proven experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines
- Experience applying AI to real-world business problems, not just research or academic use cases
- Strong understanding of system design, data pipelines, and model deployment
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or industrial environments is a plus
