Compensation & Benefits for General Manager
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonus potential

What You’ll Do as a General Manager
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance
- Monitor KPIs, including sales, payroll, and operational efficiency
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
- Oversee cash handling, budgeting, and reporting
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a top-tier dining experience
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support local marketing and promotional initiatives
- Step into FOH/BOH roles as needed to support the team
What You Bring as a General Manager
- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with P&L, labor management, and inventory control
- Proficiency with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office
