Pay: $50,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Earning Potential
This is a commission-based sales position with unlimited earning potential. Successful representatives regularly earn $100,000+ in their first full year. The more you sell, the more you earn—and you'll have the training, support, and tools needed to succeed.
Your territory will include Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull Counties, with future expansion planned throughout Northeast Ohio.
Paid Training
You'll receive a paid training stipend for your first eight weeks. Beginning in week three, you'll become eligible for commissions, and you'll always receive whichever amount is greater—your training stipend or your earned commissions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations and prepare customer estimates.
- Present proposals, secure signed contracts, and assist customers with financing options.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are planned for success.
- Attend pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs while identifying referral and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment updates within 24 hours.
- Meet monthly sales goals using proven sales processes.
What We're Looking For
We're committed to developing great sales professionals. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Three or more years of in-home or customer-facing sales experience.
- Experience using a CRM or sales management system (or willingness to learn).
- Strong closing, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or residential remodeling is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited commission potential with realistic first-year earnings of $100,000+

Requirements
- Three or more years of residential, in-home, or customer-facing sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CRM software experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Northeast Ohio and attend periodic meetings in Erie, Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional evenings and Saturdays based on customer appointments
