We’re hiring a Regional VP of Land Acquisitions to lead strategic growth and drive high-impact development opportunities across key markets.
This executive role is ideal for a seasoned acquisitions professional who brings both vision and execution—someone who can identify, evaluate, and secure land opportunities that align with long-term business objectives.
What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in land development or acquisitions
• 10+ years of proven success in land acquisitions
• Certified Planner designation (AICP) preferred
• Legal or financial background strongly preferred
You’ll play a critical role in shaping regional expansion, building relationships, and navigating complex deals from sourcing through closing.
