Restaurant Manager (Wine-Focused, Brunch Operations)
This successful and ever growing restaurant group is seeking a service focused Restaurant Manager with solid wine knowledge to support brunch operations, tailor wine pairings based on guest preferences, educate staff and patrons in wine, lead engaging tastings and events, maintains proper wine inventory and storage standards, and stay current on emerging wine trends and releases. We are seeking talented and motivated self-starter interested in primarily day/brunch shifts. - Prior restaurant management experience with an independent group
- Guest-focused mindset
- Superior wine knowledge with WSET Certification or CMS highly preferred
- TIPs/ServSafe certification
Restaurant Manager (Wine-Focused, Brunch Operations) Responsibilities
- Focused on everything having to do with the wine program; pairings, education, tastings, inventory
- Receive guest concerns and provide recovery
- Direct and run service having a constant floor presence
- Support, direct, and train front of house team
