- Must have 2-4 years as a salaried restaurant Manager
- Experience leading hourly teams and working within a team of managers
- Restaurant volume experience of $4-$10 million and up in a full-service setting
- Must have full-service restaurant with bar background
- Must be focused on People, Hospitality, and have Integrity
