The Role
- Lead all culinary operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and presentation
- Set and uphold the highest standards in food quality and execution
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a sophisticated culinary team
- Partner on menu development, refinement, and seasonal innovation
- Drive strong financial performance through disciplined cost and labor management
- Ensure flawless compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3+ years as an Executive Chef in an upscale, high-volume or luxury dining environment
- Strong command of elevated American cuisine and contemporary techniques
- Polished leadership style with a calm, confident presence under pressure
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
