General Manager Requirements
- Lead all aspects of a New Restaurant Opening (NRO) from pre-opening through stabilization
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team from scratch
- Establish a strong culture focused on accountability, energy, and guest experience
- Own full P&L performance including food cost, labor, and controllables
- Drive operational excellence in a high-volume, drive-thru focused environment
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
- Implement and execute SOPs, systems, and processes for consistency and efficiency
- Partner with ownership to drive sales, performance, and future growth
General Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual
- Experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or high-performing Multi-unit GM
- Proven success with New Restaurant Openings (NROs)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor
- Hands-on leadership style with an owner/operator mentality
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and develop teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
General Manager Benefits
- Base Salary: ~$80,000
- Profit Share or higher base salary option
