CNC Machine Operator Benefits & Compensation

CNC Machine Operator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Conduct quality checks to verify precision and compliance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
CNC Machine Operator Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist with strong milling expertise
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- High school diploma or equivalent
CNC Machine Operator Preferred Background & Skills
- Technical degree in machining or a related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
