General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership
- Proven ability to oversee FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume setting
- Strong background in P&L management, labor control, and cost oversight
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and retaining strong teams
- Hands-on management style with strong presence during peak service
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in chef-driven, upscale casual, or polished dining concepts
- Strong understanding of food, beverage, and elevated service standards
- Track record of improving operational consistency and profitability
- Ability to foster a positive, accountability-driven culture
- Strong collaboration with culinary leadership and ownership
