We are searching for a Hospitality professional that has a good understanding of marketing, with experience managing social media, graphic design and managing a company website.

Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

·        Execute strategic marketing initiatives for multiple restaurant concepts

·        Reporting to the COO and collaborating with the leadership and operations team.

·        Develops and manages an annual marketing plan, marketing budget and detailed action plans to coincide with individual brand performance and company KPIs.

·        Develops and oversees social media strategies, ensures consistent engagement, and trains staff in best practices.

·        Ensures accuracy and relevance across all company websites.

·        Creates compelling visual content for promotional and operational needs, including menus, billboards, signage, business cards, LTO materials, and digital assets.

·        Works with vendors to develop high-quality video and photography content for advertising and social media.

·        Develops and participates in key events, grand openings, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

·        Oversees fundraising programs, identifies opportunities, community partnerships.

 

Director of Marketing Qualifications:

·        Must have a sales-driven, solution-oriented mindset.

·        Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

·        Proven ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly. Proficiency in major social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

·        Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

·        Graphic Design Experience – Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other digital design tools.
