Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary (30/40 hour work week) plus admin fees (total Compensation $75k- $80k)

Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proficient with administrative tasks and detail-oriented under time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience updating BEOs and closing events in Tripleseat
- Skilled at creating custom floor plans for events
- Comfortable using Adobe to design menus and event collateral
- Able to input payments and deposits accurately into internal systems
Event Sales Administrative Assistant — Preferred Background & Skills:
- Previous experience in event sales or coordination
- Knowledge of hospitality or restaurant operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across events
- Familiarity with venue layouts, table arrangements, or customer-facing event services
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
