What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front—maintaining a strong, visible presence in the kitchen every day
- Champion food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards at the highest level
- Hire, train, coach, and inspire a large BOH team to perform at their best
- Bring structure, organization, and accountability to kitchen operations
- Partner closely with leadership to align on goals, strategy, and execution
- Own the numbers—manage food cost, labor, inventory, and scheduling with precision
What You Bring
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a full-service, upscale environment
- Proven success leading high-volume ($5M+) scratch kitchens
- Experience managing and developing teams of 30+
- Strong operational and financial acumen—you understand both people and profit
- Systems-driven mindset with the ability to implement and maintain structure
- A true passion for cooking and how food impacts the guest experience—this is a hands-on role, not a clipboard position
