Corporate Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of executive-level culinary leadership in upscale dining concepts
- Strong background in scratch kitchens with elevated plating standards
- Culinary degree required
- Demonstrated success leading high-performance culinary teams
- Deep understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and P&L management
- Valid food handler certification
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed
Corporate Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with dry-aging programs and upscale protein fabrication
- Comfort working within a disciplined brigade structure
Corporate Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and standardize all culinary operations across the brand
- Develop, refine, and execute seasonal menus with focus on seasonality and consistency
- Oversee vendor relationships and sourcing of premium proteins and seafood
- Drive food cost discipline while protecting the guest experience
- Mentor and develop chefs, building a culture of accountability and excellence
- Implement and enforce training programs around technique, presentation, and hospitality
- Partner with ownership and operations on strategic growth initiatives
