Are you a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for exceptional service and craft cocktails? We are a high-energy, full-service restaurant looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and host team
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
- Ensure smooth, efficient service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Support and promote our craft cocktail program alongside the bar team
- Manage schedules, staffing levels, and labor costs
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create positive resolutions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service execution
- Partner with back of house leadership to ensure seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of front of house management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails
- Hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
