Join an innovative experiential entertainment company entering an exciting growth phase. This strategic franchise development role will work closely with executive leadership to secure major multi-unit development agreements and help expand the brand across priority U.S. markets, with international growth on the horizon.

The role focuses on identifying and securing large multi-unit area development agreements with experienced operators capable of scaling multiple locations within defined territories.

This position centers on area development partnerships with experienced operators and investor groups, not single-unit franchise sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships, structuring development agreements, and helping scale a rapidly growing entertainment concept.
