Commercial Remodel Superintendent (Grocery/Retail Projects)

We’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Remodel Superintendent to lead grocery store remodels and retail buildouts across multiple active job sites. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in craftsmanship, and knows how to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations across 4–6 active remodel and buildout sites
- Set the standard for quality, pace, safety, and jobsite organization
- Build, direct, and manage field crews to deliver high-quality results
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly
- Maintain project schedules and ensure consistent progress across all sites
- Communicate effectively with crews, leadership, and stakeholders
Your Craft & Expertise
You’ll play a key role in both leadership and hands-on execution, including:
- Finish carpentry (trim, detail work, scribing, precision installs)
- Cabinet installation and coordination
- Commercial doors, frames, hardware, and entries
- Suspended ceiling systems
- Metal trim work and detailed field fabrication
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in commercial finish carpentry
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple job sites
- Strong organizational skills and schedule discipline
- Clear, confident communication in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Retail or grocery remodel experience (preferred, not required)
