CNC Milling Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to meet client requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
CNC Milling Machinist Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of CNC milling set-up experience.
- Proven ability to perform CNC machine set-ups.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in machining or related field preferred.
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
