Financial Advisor – Long Island, NY

Financial Advisor Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, or life insurance agent.
- Active FINRA Series 6/7, Series 66 (or equivalent), and health and life licenses required.
- CFP® or similar credentials strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with investment products, financial planning software (such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro), and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build trusted client relationships.
Financial Advisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, adapting financial plans as needs and markets evolve.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including portfolio reviews, retirement planning, tax strategies, and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans that leverage firm resources to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with advisory colleagues on complex cases and share best practices to enhance team service delivery.
