An International Hotel Brand seeks an experienced HANDS-ON Hotel General Manager to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service at one of its properties in Downtown Chicago. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4 to 5-Star Hotel or Resort properties. Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Salary – $125,000 to $135,000
- Bonus based on performance

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team members
- Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Create a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of 4 to 5-Star Hotel or Resort experience as General Manager in Chicago is a must!
- HANDS-ON Leadership
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
